Hi, I’m Coach Alex

I'll help you reach your goals in strength, health, and movement ability. Many that work with me also find improvements in posture and relief from being tight, stiff, and achy. We'll address muscle imbalances that could be holding you back so you can move through life with less pain and more confidence.
